Liz Rice is Chief Open Source Officer with eBPF specialists Isovalent, creators of the Cilium cloud native networking, security and observability project. She was Chair of the CNCF’s Technical Oversight Committee 2019-2022, and Co-Chair of KubeCon + CloudNativeCon in 2018. She is also the author of Container Security, published by O’Reilly.
She has a wealth of software development, team, and product management experience from working on network protocols and distributed systems, and in digital technology sectors such as VOD, music, and VoIP. When not writing code, or talking about it, Liz loves riding bikes in places with better weather than her native London, and competing in virtual races on Zwift.

Andy is a principal program manager at Microsoft Azure, following the acquisition of Kinvolk where he led the commercial strategy for open source projects including Flatcar Container Linux. Prior to Kinvolk, he was co-founder of Project Calico and founding CEO at Tigera, the company built around it. His earlier career was spent in various engineering, marketing and general management roles at Metaswitch (now also part of Microsoft). He is also a board partner at OSS Capital and advisor to a number of cloud native start-ups.

Frank has been working as a software engineer since completing his bachelor’s degree in media informatics. Since 2020 he has been privately involved with cloud technologies. In early 2021 he started to publish his first own articles about cloud technologies from the CNCF landscape, including Falco, Kyverno and OpenEBS.
Since February 2021, Frank has been part of the Falco Organization, working as a maintainer on various projects in the Falco ecosystem, such as Falcosdekick UI
Since April 2021 he is a Contributor in the Kyverno project and in July 2021 he transferred his open source project “Policy Reporter” to the Kyverno Organization.
Besides working on his project, he also supports Kubernetes WG Policy in integrating PolicyReport CRDs into new tools such as Falcosdekick.
